So, I no longer fit into a lot of my clothes. You can’t really notice it, apparently, but I have gained around a stone over the past 18 months or so. My “skinny” jeans are not so skinny any more. So like a lot of people, I’m going on a January diet. I am using this site to log what I eat and what exercise I take. I know it is still technically the Christmas period, and I’m in the “country retreat” (ie: boyfriend’s parents’ house), so the food was never going to be low-cal, but it’s kind of scary how many calories things have in them. Just one of my favourite Tesco’s finest white chocolate chip cookies has over 350 calories in it! That’s as much as a main meal! It certainly makes you think twice about what you eat…
