At Columbia Road Flower Market at the weekend, they were selling 20 roses for £5! So I bought 40 for £10. This was ridiculously extravagant, but it seemed pretty cheap and the colours were lovely. And I have to say, I now have two beautiful vases filled up with flowers and it makes me very happy to look at them every day. I think a trip to Columbia Road may become a more regular Sunday morning activity…
